In line with the new GDPR Rules from 25th May 2018 any information Pet Pleasures may hold on customers using their services is held on a card system in house and not online.  These cards are held in a locked cabinet with the key holder being K. Selvey.

Customers are free to see any data we hold on them and are free to ammend any details.  Customers are also free to ask to be removed from our system.  Data is held for 12 months, after which, if no contact is made between the customer and Pet Pleasures then any personal data we have is destroyed.  We do not share data with any third parties including social media.
